Vita / Lebenslauf:
1965 born in vienna
1983 degree at high-school
1983 - 1989 studies of languages at university of vienna
since 1989 executive assistant at unicredit group bank austria
1990 first serious work on photography
2005 change to digital photography
since 2008 study at prager fotoschule oesterreich (prague photoschool austria)
(degree planned for 2012)
2009 “artist of the week” at artween.com
2010 award of the anne-goldenberg-foundation

it is mostly since my study at the prague photoschool austria that I discovered not only what photography and art really mean to me, but very much about myself... myself as a person, myself as a photographer, myself as an artist... although having a completely different and "prosaic" profession, I am continuously working on my artistic development as photographer and meanwhile see photography as my "second profession"... I couldn't do without it anymore... as henri cartier-bresson said: "on fait de la peinture tandis que l'on prend une photo" (you are painting a picture while taking a photo) - this became my mission statement
